Help with access to WTP for the Hud'wit

Hi there

Assuming it's still around, is anyone available to assist with access on the 
morning of the 21st (a week today) when I'm next in Melbourne on business to 
look for the Hud'wit? I assume it's in an inaccessible area?

Are it's appearances tide related?
