Hi all,

A White-breasted Woodswallow at Cowans Pond, near Grafton on Saturday April 9, a White-throated Nightjar at Braunstone at night on April 10 and 1 Whimbrel, 21 Greater and 11 Lesser Sand Plovers, 18 Red-necked Stints, 14 Ruddy Turnstones, 75 Common Terns and 9 Little Terns at Back Beach, near Woody Head, Bundjalung National Park today April 11.  Two Lesser Sand Plovers were in breeding plumage.

First honeyeater migration for the year noted today at Tyndale with two small groups of Noisy Friarbirds flying N and a small flock of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters
landing in roadside trees.  Large numbers of Noisy Friarbirds were present in flowering eucalypts near Middle Creek, W of Grafton on April 9, almost certainly migrants.

Regards

Greg
