My money is on Collared Kingfisher - colour wrong for Forest, Forest has
much purple-blue; bill is too large, overall shape of bird wrong. The white
forehead spot, although similar to Forest, is relatively smaller. A flight
shot would have clinched it with the absence of the 'bullseyes'. But I
believe that there is no doubt that it is a Collared Kingfisher. Great
shots!!
