Description: |
The Australian Vision Prosthesis Group at UNSW have been working towards a bionic eye for treatment of the profoundly blind. In this project an image processing strategy for a retinal ganglion cell stimulator will be devised. The strategy must align with the physical limitations of the electrodes and neurostimulator hardware which we have designed previously and be based on a model of electrical activation of the retina. Experience programming in C++/Java necessary. | |
