Description: |
The aim of this project is to create an analytical cache energy model for 130nm technology model and beyond. Cache memory is a small and fast memory that is used to hide the latency of the slow and large external memory and increase the performance of overall system. Purpose of the analytical model is to allow a rapid evaluation of the cache memory energy cost given its configuration. |
