Description: |
In this project, we aim to design and implement a research area tracking/investigation system that enable the users to search interested objects (e.g., a researcher, a conference) through smart use of keywords from known data sources such as DBLP, Google Scholar and ACM Digital Portal. The project involves defining the object of interests (e.g., how to describe a researcher) and collecting the objects of interests from the known data sources (e.g., a list of researchers), managing and keeping track of any updates about the objects of interests (e.g., new publications by the researcher). We will also analyse the relationships between the objects (e.g., co-authors and citations) and design and implement an innovative visualisation framework that allow users to explore such relationships. | |
