Description: |
Repeat sequencing of many samples to reveal variation at sequence level is used for population, evolutionary and ecological studies and many other applications. The whole process from editing of raw sequence data to sequence comparison often uses different programs. We are currently using third party programs for editing and a program we developed for sequence comparison. This project is to design and implement an integrated environment for this process. | |
