Description: |
This research is of prime importance in many video content management applications including video surveillance, image/video retrieval and event detection in video. The premise of this task is that given an object of the video how can we re-identify the same object based on the appearance. This is a very challenge research in the video content analysis. Student will develop their academic research skills in the area of image processing/computer vision, pattern recognition and machine learning.
