Description: |
The rapid evolution of the Internet and its Web multimedia applications are enabling the delivery of heterogeneous content information, such as news, blog and videos. However, the dramatically increasing of web content has caused information overload, which necessitates information retrieval techniques to efficiently access desired information from multiple information sources and multiple types of content. This project aims to develop new similarity measurement of cross-modal heterogeneous content and its application to multimedia news retrieval. | |
