Description: |
The camera is a vital but often neglected part of game design. Cinematographers have decades of experience with carefully selecting camera angles and composition to achieve particular dramatic effects. Bringing this wisdom to games is made difficult by their unpredictability. The best angle to use may well depend on what the player is doing or about to do. In this project you will try to build an AI expert system which incorporates cinematic techniques into an interactive game. http://www.gameanim.com/2010/04/23/cinematics-sans-cutscenes/ |
