Description:
We have numerous projects available for the analysis of next-generation sequence data. These may involve genome assembly and annotation, or comparative transcriptomic analysis. Data is generated at the UNSW Ramaciotti Centre for Gene Function analysis. The project will be carried out within the Systems Biology Initiative, a large bioinformatics research group in the School of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences.
