Description:
The NRG group at NICTA has recently launched the mSpeed cellular network measurement application in the iOS app store. The app allows users to perform network speed tests, and compare the performance of their cellular operator with other operators in their country. C.f. http://www.mspeedapp.com/

The goal of the project is to design and implement the Android version of mSpeed, which includes:

- Implement network performance tests (CDN measurements, downlink capacity estimation)
- Adapt the mSpeed design to the Android environment. This may include re-design
- Design and implement tests plan for the android code base
- Implement continuous integration (Jenkins)
- Document all outputs
