Description: |
Steady advances in numerical computing power have led to vast increases in complexity of published computer models of biological systems. In order to facilitate the exchange of such models between biomedical researchers and educators, an XML based modelling description language known as CellML has been developed. This project seeks to develop a CellML editor in Java, capable of visualising model components and equations, importing sub-components from other CellML models, and storing ancillary metadata associated with any given model. | |
