Discussion Example - (Virtual) Flag Burning

Recently in Australia there was public debate on whether it is acceptable to publicly burn flags of other nations.

Currently on the web there is a page allowing the virtual burning of a virtual US flag.

Some Questions

For those with strong feelings about the US flag, the Australian flag, the Indonesian Flag, or the French Flag (all real or virtual). Would it be acceptable within a University policy (or proposed policy) to have a web-site which explicitly provided for burning of virtual flags?

Would it be acceptable within a University policy (or proposed policy) to have a web-site which explicitly encouraged burning of real flags?
