As staff, it is your personal responsibility under the OHS Act to cooperate with UNSW in regards to OHS matters. This includes attending any training that is identified as compulsory for your position within the School.
The Training Needs Analysis identifies the OHS Courses you are required to attend. An Internal Training Plan has been developed for the four core courses that you are required to completed (see training plan below). If you are unable to attend the scheduled courses, or are required to complete additional training, please refer to the OHS/WC website.

All courses will be held in the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering (H20) in Room 109. Please ensure that you all attend the required training at some stage during this year.
Note that some positions within the School are also required to undertake additional OHS training. This will be communicated to the relevant staff members by their supervisors, and training for additional courses can be organised through the OHS and Workers Compensation Unit.
