New Staff/Visitor/PhD Notification Form
It is CSE policy and procedure that notification of arrival of new Staff, Visitors and PhD students be submitted to the following areas:
- Facilities - space, keys and swipe cards
- FIPRAS - all financial services and accounts payable
- Hardware - all hardware and software issues
- System Support - computer account issues
To ensure all new Staff, Visitors and PhD Students are properly facilitated when arriving at CSE, it is NECESSARY that the following Notification Form be completed and submitted at least two weeks prior to their arrival (preferably as soon as the arrival date is confirmed). This will ensure that a room, desk, computer and computer account are immediately available, if appropriate. The early notification will also allow arrangements to be implemented, avoiding delays in any payments or reimbursements which may be claimable.
On lodgement of the Notification Form the four areas mentioned above will be advised, enabling the necessary preparations to be completed prior to the arrival of the new member of our School. If necessary, you may be contacted to clarify any details.
If this Notification Form is not submitted within the time frame requested, there is no guarantee that the necessary services or equipment will be available. To avoid embarrassment please lodge the Notification Form promptly.
