CSE Publications Procedure List
Step 1:
Academics completes/receives publication.
Step 2:
Academic completes a cover sheet (which can be found at http://www.ro.unsw.edu.au/publications_collection/index.shtml) according to HERDC specifications. Copies of the cover sheet can be obtained from the FIPRAS Office located in G08, on the ground floor of the K17 building. Alternatively, please complete the cover sheet on-line completing all the required fields on the cover sheet according to HERDC specifications. Once completed, print form and sign.
Step 3:
Academic hands over to Yvonne Balakian, Publications Collections Co-ordinator for 2005, two copies of their publication with a cover sheet on each copy, and any verification materials.
Step 4:
The Publications Collections Co-ordinator will then enter the publication information into the UNSW Publication Database (Research Master), checking the verification material.
Step 5:
The Publications Collections Co-ordinator will then send off the publication to the UNSW Research Office for formal verification.
Step 6:
CSE will receive periodic downloads from the Research Office to update our databases (eg for advertising on the Staff Info Pages).
