Downloadable Notebooks:
Start by downloading and running the "Introduction to Python" Jupyter notebook.
Please note: you can download a notebook by right-clicking and selecting "Download Linked File As ..." or the equivalent in your browser. Sometimes your browser will add a default filename extension such as ".txt" or ".html" when you download like this. If your browser does this, you will need to manually edit the filename to ensure it ends with ".ipynb".
If you don't already know how to run Jupyter notebooks, start with the information here.
You may also need to download this dataset: "diabetes" and ensure it is in the directory fron which you run the notebooks.
By completing this notebook you should have ensured you have set up the basic Python environment that you need for the libraries we will be using on this course.
Now download and run the "BINF6112 Tute/Lab Questions 1" Jupyter notebook and answer the questions. Your completed notebook will be your submission.
