The Faculty HDR process guidelines are now located on the Faculty website. Once you get there, click on Information for → Staff, and then log in to the secure area. You should find a link to the HDC processes once you are logged in.
If you are unable to get this to work, then you can try this link to the old HDC Processes page. Note that the pages at this link are no longer maintained, so may gradually become out of date.
