We are looking for a number of student volunteers to help with the Robocup Junior NSW State Finals (August 27-28, in the Squarehouse) as well as the National Finals (September 19-20, in the Scientia).
Robocup Junior is a technology-based competition requiring primary and secondary school students to design, build and program robots in one of three categories: soccer, dance or rescue.
Volunteers are particularly needed to act as referees for
the soccer competition. Rules and training will be provided.
(There will, unfortunately, be no remuneration for volunteering
- although lunch will be provided, and hopefully T-shirts and caps).
Note: individual volunteers would not necessarily have to attend both days.
If you would like to get involved in this exciting event,
please send an email to

to register your interest.
