Problems with printing?


If the pdf files supplied for printing cause problems because, for example, they convert badly to postscript (either messing up the fonts or generating huge files or both), you might try the compressed-postscript versions below. They (too) are big, unfortunately, but at least seem to treat the fonts properly.
