2004 co-op scholarship

To: First Year Students in Computer Science

An additional Co-op Scholarship opportunity has arisen, and we would like to invite you to apply for a position in the UNSW Co-op Program in Computer Science.

Should you be successful in gaining the scholarship you will complete three periods of Industrial Training between July 2005 and June 2007. Your final year of study will be in 2007.

The scholarship is valued at $12,500 per annum and is tax free. Apart from gaining valuable experience in industry you will also have the opportunity to attend the leadership activities for final years in 2007.

If you are an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen, achieved a UAI of 93.8 or above, and would like to apply, please collect an application form from:

UNSW Co-op Program Rupert Myers Building - South Wing Room 1096 You will need to include a copy of your academic transcript showing your current enrolment as well as your HSC and UAI results with your application form. Applicants need to have demonstrated above average communication skills, an aptitude for leadership and teamwork, and an understanding of the rules and expectations of the UNSW Co-op Program.

Applications must be received at the UNSW Co-op Program by 12.00pm on Thursday 1 April 2004. Final selection will be made via interview.
