This library is a copy of the Intel ixp400-xscale-sw version 2.1.1 with the complete NpeDl code too. It is badly documented, badly written code, very hard to understand and probably not very efficient. Lets all hope we don't find any bugs in it, 'cause it is nasty in there. Unfortuately we need this Intel supplied code for the networking to work. Avoid accidnetly breaking it at all costs!
