The CSG Documentation collection ( csg-doc ) contains documents
arranged in an hierarchical tree.  This tree is mirrored in the
structure of indexes (or is that tables-of-contents?) that are created
for the collection.

By default, each directory results in a contents (or index) page which
lists all the documents in the directory, and gives the title of that
document if it is available.  The entries are normally sorted
alphabetically by file name, but it will be possible to over ride that
at some stage.
