Print Quota Refunds
Only CSE-related course material jobs affected by low toner or paper jams
will be considered for a paper refund. This applies whether your print
quota is purchased or allocated by the School. CSE-related jobs which will
not incur a refund include:
- Corrupt files, or files which cannot be viewed properly.
- PDF files being printed from " gv " (or vice versa).
- PDF files printed using the" mlpr " command from the xterm console.
All refundable problem print jobs will need to be sighted by the Help Desk
and verified as being deducted from your print quota before being
processed.
Print jobs dropped from the queue that don't result in any physical paper
coming out of the printer will not affect your print quota.
You may view details of your print quota usage using the following command in an xterm (the current days details can only be viewed the next day):
% priv pquota -v
