Produces a range of interesting and well-crafted beers. The hotel and the brewery are housed in a converted water-pumping station at Darling Harbour. The beers are available primarily on tap at the Pumphouse, although some are also available over the counter in bottles. I haven't seen them on sale anywhere else.

Unfortunately, the Pumphouse closed up shop in 1997, due to the re-development of their prime Darling Harbour site. I'm not aware of the brewery relocating elsewhere, so their beers may be lost forever.
