Kelvingrove is at the eastern-most fringe of Glasgow's West End. and home to a beautiful park, numerous pubs/restaurants, and a huge Art Gallery/Museum. The University sits on a hill overlooking Kelvingrove Park, and you can see its main tower in the background of some of the photos below. The River Kelvin flows through the park on its way to joining the Clyde (only about 1km away).
