Peter, a 43-year-old naturalised American from Nigeria, shot his dean at the Appalachian School of Law yesterday as well as professor Thomas Blackwell, who taught him.</span></p> <p><span class="normal">He then opened fire on students, killing Angela Dales, 33, and injuring three others. </span><span class="tackle">Students ended the rampage by tackling him. </span><span class="normal"></span></p> <p><span class="normal"></span></p>
