Mark Peters PhD

Peters has 10 years of AI research, 10 years in worldwide PC marketing, in Europe, the USA, and Australasia – handling a US$500 million business. For the last 12 years, he has consulted to Fortune 500 organizations including Oracle, Unilever, TRW, and Carter Holt Harvey. He has spent over 20 years in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Peters’s doctoral thesis was on visual robotics. He has published work AI, machine vision, robotics, image processing, cognitive science, philosophy and computer marketing. In 1998, he won the international ICPR prize for the best student paper.

Barry Drake PhD

Drake has 8 years of AI research, 9 years in defense and 6 years in the telecommunications industry. He has 23 years of computer programming experience. His defense work was in sonar and digital signal processing. Drake has a deep understanding of software systems and analogue and digital electronics.

Drake's doctoral thesis was also on visual robotics. He has published work in electronics, machine learning, robotics, and machine vision. In 1996, he won the Information Technology Planning and Design Prize awarded to the best final year project and graduated with first-class honours.
