Supplying Data for Testing with
JIGSAW
You may wish to
see what JIGSAW can do with your data. We are happy to produce the maps
inherent in data provided to us in files of the correct format. We are
also interested in providing analysis of sets of signals, such as
patterns of correlation. The origin and nature of your data can be
withheld from us for reasons of privacy and commercial interest, the
algorithm has no need of anything other than the data itself.
Typically, we suggest that the data represent a few dozen (or more)
signals, with perhaps 1,000 readings in each signal.
Please contact Mark Peters mark @
jigsawsolutions.org if you wish
to test JIGSAW with your data.
Signal Data
JIGSAW can batch process signals that have been stored in files or
databases, providing the data is formatted according to the JIGSAW
format.

Geometry Data
If the locations of sensors are known, this data
can also be fed into JIGSAW. Assumed locations can be used to verify
signal-derived locations, or vice versa. Discrepancies between these
two sets of locations often pinpoint interesting anomalies in the data,
malfunctioning sensors, etc.
