A little known group calling themselves the Gourmet Gurus have announced their intention to challenge the great Team Toasty in a battle of culinary skill. Although open only to a small minority, namely group 2E/F at New College, University of New South Wales, the competition has attracted international attention. U.S. president Bill Clinton said he was "disappointed" about not being invited. However, he admitted that he "holds no fears for Team Toasty. Their dominance is well known throughout the Western world". There are unconfirmed reports that another high-profile figure has been invited in his place. Team Toasty will exhibit their perfection by preparing a splendid dinner on Sunday the 28th of March; the Gourmet Gurus will have an reciprocal opportunity three weeks later. Both events will take place in the New College Private Dining Room; attendance is by invitation only.
