_F_i_n_d _p_r_o_b_e _i_d_s _c_o_r_r_e_s_p_o_n_d_i_n_g _t_o _G_O _i_d_s

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Searches Gene Ontology ids for corresponding probe ids in a given
     chip, optionally including descendents.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     aafSearchGO(chip, ids, descendents = TRUE, logic = "OR")

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    chip: name of the chip data package

     ids: numeric or character vector of GO ids

descendents: logical, include GO descendents?

   logic: type of logic to use, "AND" or "OR"

_V_a_l_u_e:

     A character vector of probe ids matching the search criteria.
