_C_o_n_s_t_r_u_c_t_o_r _f_o_r _a_a_f_T_a_b_l_e _o_b_j_e_c_t_s _f_r_o_m _a_n_n_o_t_a_t_i_o_n _d_a_t_a

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Constructs an 'aafTable' object given a set of probe ids and
     desired annotation types.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     aafTableAnn(probeids, chip, colnames = aaf.handler(chip = chip), widget = FALSE)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

probeids: character vector of probe ids

    chip: name of the data package in which the annotation data is
          stored

colnames: character vector of annotation types

  widget: boolean, use widget to select columns?

_V_a_l_u_e:

     An 'aafTable' object.
