Over 100 lab computers are up for their 5-year replacement over the
Summer.

Furniture in both the EE and ME Undercrofts are being replaced, as well as
carpet and curtains and some thorough air conditioning maintenance.

The only labs that can be relied on to be available across the entire
summer will be:

K17 Ground Floor labs -- pipe(20), bugle (26), asyst (20) will be
 available. Both pipe and bugle are likely to have some additional
 physical security measures addressed, but I'd want this done soon after
 s2/01 finished and should only take a week or so.

Mech Eng labs -- bongo (17) will be available. The carpet in the Mech Eng
 foyer will get replaced which may interrup use of bongo for a day or 3.

Elec Eng 3rd Floor labs -- lyre (17) will be available. There's no
 non-computing work happening on the EE 3rd Floor, so there's a good
 chance that more labs will be available in time for the start of Summer
 Session.

Elec Eng Undercroft labs -- none will be available. All of these labs are
 due for extensive work, including carpet, some furniture, some
 computers...
