4. Accreditation

   In this accrediation round, EngAust will be focussing on:

   • "closing the feedback loop" ... evidence that we listen and act on student feedback
   • curriculum coherence ... program-specific graduate attributes and clear path through degree leading to these
   • industry participation ... staff membership of engineering bodies, industry advisory board, industry experience

   Accreditation involves everyone and the Faculty wants us to be working on it NOW

5. 4th-year Theses

   A faculty working party has produced a report on 4th-year theses:

   • it would be useful to have Faculty-wide standards
   • proposal for "standard thesis" to be 6UC Thesis A + 6UC Thesis B
   • optional 6UC Thesis C and 6UC Thesis D for high-achieving students
