Game Theory Meets optimisation
Game Theory Meets optimisation
The intersection of Game Theory and Optimisation is an area of great potential. It encompasses many interesting research problems. These include optimising social welfare in strategic situations, using cooperative game theory to share costs in complex optimisation problems, and modelling new games like those found in smart grids or crowdsourcing problems.
You are invited to join us for the NICTA 2nd Game Theory meets Optimisation Workshop hosted by the Optimisation Research Group.
The goal of the workshop is to bring together researchers interested in these topics from around Australia regularly for informal discussions and to facilitate new interactions.
For catering purposes, please send an email to Toby Walsh if you are going to attend. All welcome.
