About Me

Xiang is currently a Ph.D. student (since 2016) at School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He is supervised by Dr. Lina Yao.

Xiang received his Master degree (in 2016) from Harbin Institute of Technology(HIT), China. His research interests lay in Data mining, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning with focusing applications on Brain-Computer Interface, human activity recognition. Prior to that, he has two years research experience in Sustainable Manufacturing, in particular, energy consumption modeling of machine tools.
