Below is a copy of an article in this morning's Courier Mail.

             Park lark starts sparks
Been some confrontation in the wilds of Bowman Park, Bardon of late.
People with binoculars have been seen loitering about the toilets, prompting residents from the inner Brisbane suburb to confront them about their activities.
Turns out the suspected ne'er-do-wells are bird watchers gawking at a flock of Swift Parrots on holidays from Tasmania. Birdo Mike West - who has been shirt-fronted by locals - says he's had to do an awful lot of explaining about the endangered creatures. West strongly advises birdos hanging around the public toilets to take a bird identification field guide as evidence of their good intentions.
