Authors should NOT be concerned about meeting the early registration deadline, you will be charged a non-date dependent fee. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

• Every accepted paper (Conference and Workshop/Tutorial) requires at least one corresponding FULL (None student) registration associated to it by the camera ready submission deadline (even if it will be presented by a student).
• Every accepted paper for work-in-progress, brief presentation, poster, demo and PhD Forum sessions (Conference and Workshop/Tutorial) requires at least one corresponding registration of any type associated to it by the respective camera ready submission deadline.
• One registration covers only one paper.
• You need to register separately for the conference and a workshop/tutorial if you want to attend both events.
• All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of AUD$100. NO REFUNDS will be made after March 31, 2020 at ADST. However, you are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
• Also, if you're registered to any conference, you can also register to IPSN PhD Forum for free.

What is included?

Access to any conference/workshop sessions, all keynotes, conference and workshop proceedings

Conferences (April 22-24, 2020)

On the days of the event, a registration includes access to any conference sessions, all keynotes, competitions (observer), luncheons, coffee-breaks, social events, and access to conference proceedings.

Workshops and Tutorials (April 21, 2020)

On the day of the event, a registration includes access to the workshop/tutorial session of your choice, competitions (observer), luncheon, coffee-breaks, and access to workshop proceedings and/or tutorial notes.

Competitions (April 21-22, 2020)

On the day of the event, a registration includes access to any competition, luncheon, and coffee-breaks. Attending any other event with competition registration is strictly prohibited, unless a special permission is granted by the organizers.
