Administrative Help

If you are a student in 1711 and have any administrative problems (eg problems transferring 10111711 or 10111711, problems with tutorial times, problems with marks, requests for assignment extensions and special considerations, etc) just email our friendly subject administrator Mei Cheng cs1711@cse.unsw.edu.au or post a query on the admin forum. If you need face to face help email mei cheng and ask for an appointment.

Transfering between Comp1011 and Comp1711

You can change your enrollment online before session starts and in the first few weeks of term. You don't need to contact us to do this - you do it yourself online. You can have credit for any attendance or assessment you did in the other subject but you will need to contact Mei Cheng (cs1711@cse.unsw.edu.au) to arrange this - it won't happen automatically.

If you wish to transfer AFTER the online system permits subject changes but before week 6 (which is the final deadline to change between 1A and 1A+) then mail mei cheng and let her know your details and also which tutorial group you would like to join (the full list of which tutorials have vacencies can be found here)
