Developing your AOS project on a Macintosh

Mac OS X is a wonderful operating system that many students have on their laptops. We recommend using a VMware virtualised Linux. Simply follow the instructions for Windows (except replace the word Windows with Mac). While it may be possible to directly set up a develop environment on Mac, this is no longer supported.
