Claims to be a Belgian style Lambic, but is actually Burragorang Bock mixed with a blackberry liquer. A strong, rich and delicious "dessert beer". Scharer's Little Brewery's don't claim any responsibility for the beer, claiming that it's all the work of the Australian Hotel to satisfy the Sydney yuppie market. It's available only on tap at the Australian Hotel although they'll put some in a bottle/flagon for you if you ask nicely. It's really more of a beer cocktail than a beer, but I've yet to meet anyone who didn't like it.
