One of the two Major Players in Australian brewing industry (the other being Lion Nathan). Carlton and United was formed by the amalgamation of a number of small Melbourne breweries in the early part of this century and has since grown to incorporate breweries all over Australia. Their most famous and widely marketed beer is Foster's Lager.
