Thursday August 31st Today the new main field was being set up, so not much work could happen until that was done. The day was spent sleeping, shopping and workshopping, depending on which person you asked. When the lighting guys had finished their work at about 11:30pm, Darren, Bernhard and Son could start the work of re-calibrating the vision for the new field. The lighting guys had put daylight filter gels on the lights which made the lighting less yellow than it had been in Stockholm. Unfortunately the team had trouble with the red robot uniforms in the yellow goal, where the outlines tended to look orange like the ball. As of 4 this morning, the problem is still not resolved. Son, Darren and John decide to call it a night (or a morning? :) ), and go back to the hotel for some sleep. On the way, Darren buys his tenth slurpee of the week.
