Consent form template (Word, RTF)
This template is typical of the consent form used in commercial testing. You must modify this template so that it is appropriate to your application. We have highlighted sections that you must delete in YELLOW in the document since not all aspects are relevant to our needs. Read this and prepare the version you will use in your evaluations. Note that this must be completed and submitted as part of 2.1. You will not be permitted to conduct interviews until the tutor has approved the form and questions.

Assignment only strand students will most likely present on Saturday October 16 in the CHI Lab. Time to be confirmed.
The audience will have to critique each project presented in the tutorial time slot. So it is strongly suggested that you review all the techniques we have taught in this class so you can discuss issues such as design process, effectiveness of various techniques, scenarios and users, appropriateness for the museum and the theme, issues such as cognitive load.
